1. What exactly is DGTLMS?
DGTLMS is a French LMS (Learning Management System), developed and hosted in Les Sables-d'Olonne (Vendée). It lets you manage your entire training operation: building e-learning paths, enrolling learners, tracking results, signing off in-person sessions, and reporting. Now at version 26, DGTLMS is deployed in more than 200 organisations across France.
2. What is the difference between DGTLMS and DGT Dispatcher?
DGTLMS is the LMS platform for your internal learners (employees, trainees). DGT Dispatcher is a complementary tool designed for SCORM/xAPI content publishers and distributors: it lets you deliver your modules to external clients, control usage per licence and update your content from a single location. Both solutions can work together or independently.
3. Is DGTLMS a French LMS?
Yes, 100%. DGTLMS is developed by DGT Concept, an independent French company founded in 2015 and based in the Vendée. Data is hosted in France, on servers whose infrastructure DGT Concept controls directly. No dependency on a foreign publisher, no data leaving European territory.
4. Which e-learning standards does DGTLMS support?
DGTLMS is compatible with all major industry standards: SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 (3rd and 4th editions), xAPI (Tin Can) and AICC. You can import content produced with any authoring tool on the market (iSpring, Articulate Storyline, Rise, Lectora, DGT Studio Creator…).
5. Can content be created directly in DGTLMS?
DGTLMS includes DGT Studio Creator, a built-in authoring tool that lets you produce straightforward e-learning modules without any third-party software. For more advanced content (simulations, interactive videos, serious games), we work in partnership with specialist authoring tools such as iSpring Suite, for which DGT Concept is a certified reseller and trainer.
6. Does DGTLMS integrate with my HRIS or TMS?
Yes. DGTLMS has native connectors with the leading tools on the market: Dendreo, Yparéo, Training Orchestra, Talentsoft, Salesforce, Lucca, and others via REST API. Synchronisation eliminates all double entry: employees, sessions and results flow automatically between your tools.
7. Can users log in with Azure AD or Google accounts (SSO)?
Yes. DGTLMS supports all major authentication protocols: OAuth2 (Azure AD, Google), SAML 2.0 and LDAP/AD. Your users log in with their usual credentials, with no additional account to create.
8. Where is data hosted?
Data is hosted in France, in datacentres compliant with GDPR requirements. DGT Concept controls its own infrastructure and does not use foreign cloud providers. A DPA (Data Processing Agreement) is systematically provided for signature.
9. What is the platform's uptime guarantee?
DGTLMS guarantees 99.5% uptime during business hours, with continuous monitoring and real-time alerts. Maintenance windows are scheduled outside normal usage hours and announced in advance.
10. Is DGTLMS accessible on mobile?
Yes. The learner interface is responsive and works on smartphones and tablets, with no app to install. For organisations that need it (offline training, restricted environments), a mobile version with offline mode is available as an option.
11. How does pricing work?
DGTLMS pricing is based on the number of active users. It starts from €30/month for 10 users, with no hidden fees. No usage-based costs, no per-module billing: you pay a monthly or annual subscription based on your organisation's volume.
12. Are there installation or onboarding fees?
An installation and initial configuration service is billed at go-live. It includes setting up your environment, importing your existing users and a handover session with your administrators. The cost varies depending on the complexity of your setup (integrations, SSO, multi-spaces…).
13. Can we start small and scale up?
Yes. DGTLMS is designed to grow with your organisation. You start with the scope that suits you, and can add users, modules or advanced features as you grow — all without changing platforms.
14. What is the minimum commitment period?
DGTLMS subscriptions are offered on an annual basis, with automatic renewal. Multi-year commitments are available and unlock preferential pricing. There is no monthly plan without a minimum commitment.
15. How long does it take to deploy DGTLMS?
A standard deployment (without complex HRIS integration) is up and running within 2 to 4 weeks. This includes installation, configuration, data import and administrator training. Projects involving business connectors or multi-space setups may require an additional 4 to 8 weeks depending on requirements.
16. Who handles the migration from our previous LMS?
DGT Concept manages your data migration: users, training history, SCORM results. Feasibility depends on the formats exportable from your previous LMS. We carry out a free preliminary audit to establish a realistic migration plan before any commitment.
17. Is administrator training included?
An administrator training session (half-day to full day depending on scope) is included in the onboarding package. Additional training — for trainers, managers and Qualiopi coordinators — is available as an option, in person or remotely.
18. What level of support is included?
Every DGTLMS subscription includes access to technical support by email and ticketing, with a response commitment of 24 business hours for standard requests and 4 hours for blocking incidents. A documented knowledge base is available for self-service.
19. Do we have a dedicated point of contact?
Yes. DGT Concept is a human-scale organisation: you work with a named contact who knows your context and follows your project over time. No anonymous call centre, no team rotation.
20. How are updates managed?
DGTLMS updates are deployed automatically on SaaS and ASP environments — with no service interruption and no action required on your part. New features are documented in the Changelog accessible from your space. For On-Premise installations, annual updates are included in the maintenance fee (20% of the licence price).
