Distribute your content. Keep control.
Do you produce e-learning content
and distribute it to your clients?
How do you deliver them? By email with a ZIP attachment? On a USB drive? By giving access to your own LMS? These methods all share the same problem: once the content is delivered, you lose control. You no longer know who's using it, how many times, and you can't update it without going back to each client individually.
DGT Dispatcher solves this problem once and for all.
How does
DGT Dispatcher work?
DGT Dispatcher is a software layer that sits between your e-learning content and your clients' LMS platforms. Rather than delivering the raw SCORM files, you send them a 'proxy' module — a lightweight wrapper that points to your server.
When a learner at your client's organisation launches the course, the actual content is loaded from your server. Tracking data (progress, score, completion) is recorded both in the client's LMS AND in your Dispatcher.
Your source files never leave your infrastructure.
Control usage per licence
What does DGT Dispatcher lets you do
You've sold a licence for 50 users over 12 months. Dispatcher enforces these parameters automatically: beyond 50 users or after the expiry date, access is blocked. No need to manually monitor each client.
Update your content in real time
An error in a module, a regulation that changes, information that needs correcting. With DGT Dispatcher, you update the content once on your server — and the change is immediately available to all your clients, with no action required on their end.
Track usage
in real time
From your Dispatcher dashboard, you can see exactly how many learners are using your content at each client, their scores, their completion rates and their login dates.
Protect your
intellectual property
Your e-learning content represents a significant investment. With DGT Dispatcher, your clients can access the content but never the source files. Protection of your intellectual property is guaranteed by design.
Manage permissions
client by client
Each client can have different permissions, all managed from a central interface.
Who use
DGT Dispatcher ?
Training organisations that publish their own content
Training organisations that produce their own e-learning paths and offer remote access to their corporate clients — with full control over access duration and volume.
Groups that distribute content to their subsidiaries
A head office that produces regulatory training and deploys it automatically to the LMS platforms of its subsidiaries or franchisees, with centralised updates.
XOS Learning, ENPC Ediser, BPI France — e-learning content publishers
All distribute their SCORM modules to hundreds of corporate clients with per-licence usage control and centralised updates. Their clients access the content from their own LMS.
